Before
- Your previous treatments, allergies and current medication (such as aspirin or anticoagulants) are reviewed.
- Treatment areas are marked and energy settings are decided before the session begins.
During
- For ultrasound lifting, the treatment depth is checked on screen in real time.
- Numbing cream, and further comfort options where appropriate, are matched to your sensitivity.
After
- Heat and redness are calmed straight away with LDM, the Astro Dome or a modelling mask as appropriate.
- You leave with written aftercare instructions and a home-care guide for your skin.

Botox — questions
Why Xeomin?
Xeomin has the accessory proteins removed. It is the clinic's choice where repeated treatment makes resistance a consideration, and every area is also available with Allergan.
What is salivary-gland botox?
Botox into the parotid (below the ear) and submandibular (under the jaw) glands to soften lower-face fullness. It is often added to masseter botox or ONDA for a V-line.
When will I see the effect?
Lines usually soften within a few days; jaw slimming develops over several weeks.
