Overview
ONDA uses microwave energy (Coolwaves) that targets fat tissue while the surface is cooled. On the face it is used to reduce volume under the chin and along the jaw; larger amounts can also be used on the body.
Our most requested contour combination pairs ONDA with masseter botox and parotid / submandibular salivary-gland botox — addressing fat, muscle and gland together for a cleaner lower face.

Before
- Your previous treatments, allergies and current medication (such as aspirin or anticoagulants) are reviewed.
- Treatment areas are marked and energy settings are decided before the session begins.
During
- For ultrasound lifting, the treatment depth is checked on screen in real time.
- Numbing cream, and further comfort options where appropriate, are matched to your sensitivity.
After
- Heat and redness are calmed straight away with LDM, the Astro Dome or a modelling mask as appropriate.
- You leave with written aftercare instructions and a home-care guide for your skin.

What is the V-line combination?
ONDA for fat under the chin, plus masseter botox and salivary-gland (parotid and submandibular) botox. The botox part is priced from the botox menu according to the areas chosen.
Can ONDA be used on the body?
Yes — from 200,000 J the energy can be divided between areas, including the body.
Is there swelling?
Some patients have mild swelling or tenderness for a few days, particularly under the chin.
